Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened spice jars or refill flatpacks in their original shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
